SUMMER FUN FROM LIPTON – OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Summer Fun from Lipton Contest begins at 12:00 AM ET on May 19, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on July 18, 2025.

2. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit www.summerfunfromlipton.com during the contest period and complete the entry form in full.

Limit: One (1) entry per person for the duration of the contest. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Open to legal residents of Florida, 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void outside Florida and where prohibited.

Employees, officers, and directors of Townsquare Media, its affiliates, partners, and advertising agencies, as well as their immediate family members and members of their household, are not eligible to participate or win.

4. PRIZES

WEEKLY PRIZES (8 Total)

Each week during the promotion, one (1) winner will be selected to receive:

$100 Visa Gift Card

Lipton Hard Iced Tea Cooler

Weekly winners are only eligible to win once. ARV per weekly prize package: $150–$200.

GRAND PRIZE (1 Winner, 21+, Continental U.S.)

One grand prize winner will receive:

$1,000 Airbnb Gift Card

$2,000 Visa Travel Gift Card

Total ARV of Grand Prize: $3,000

Total ARV of All Prizes: Approx. $4,600+

No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution is allowed except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of each winner.

5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Weekly Winners:

Selected by random drawing each week from all eligible entries received to date. First drawing occurs the week of May 27, 2025.

Grand Prize Winner:

Selected on or about July 22, 2025 from all eligible entries.

Winners will be notified via email and must respond within 48 hours. If a winner does not respond or complete all required documentation within 10 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Winners may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and IRS Form W-9.

6. CONDITIONS & LIABILITY

Taxes: Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Publicity: By entering, participants grant Townsquare Media the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes without further compensation, where legal.

Liability Release: By entering, participants release and hold harmless Townsquare Media, FIFCO USA, and their respective affiliates from any claims arising out of participation or prize use.

FIFCO USA is the title sponsor only and is not involved in the execution, administration, or management of this contest.

8. RULE MODIFICATIONS

Townsquare Media reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest or change these Official Rules at any time, in its sole discretion, without prior notice, including but not limited to adjusting eligibility, entry periods, or prize details.
